Over the next 30 calendar days, members of the public, stakeholder organizations, agencies and First Nation and Métis communities can provide further suggested refinements to the draft EA Study Design/Scope.

Please send any suggested refinements no later than the end of Tuesday, May 20, 2015 to the Independent Facilitation Team via Matthew Wheatley at [email protected] or by phoning 416-572-4365.

PortsToronto will consider the further suggested refinements received and will then finalize the EA Study Design/Scope. Once it has been finalized, Part Two of the EA will commence, focusing on assessing potential impacts and proposing potential mitigation measures. Public, stakeholder, agency and First Nation and Métis communities engagement will continue during Part Two of the EA process.
