Tariff Notice

Toronto (January 25, 2025) Pursuant to Section 51 of the Canada Marine Act, notice is given that effective April 1, 2025, the Port of Toronto will:

increase its cargo fees by 7 per cent; and,

increase its other fees by 5 per cent.

Further information may be obtained on request and persons interested in making representations to the Port Authority regarding the subject of this notice may do so in writing to:

Fees are reviewed on a yearly basis by Port of Toronto and are determined based on economic and industry factors.
