WHAT: 150th Beaver Hat Ceremony marks opening of spring shipping season at the Port of Toronto

WHEN: Tuesday March 29, 2011 at 10:00 AM

WHERE: Redpath Sugar, 95 Queen's Quay East (enter through east security gate). Photo ID required for entrance to Redpath

WHY: The Toronto Port Authority will be celebrating the arrival of the spring season’s first ocean-going vessel with a Beaver Hat Ceremony aboard the marine vessel Tundra. There will be a photo opportunity during the event.
