After sending your resume & cover letter to [email protected], your application will undergo a thorough review and be evaluated based on multiple criteria appropriate for the role.
Those selected will be contacted for a phone meeting.
Successful applicants will move to a virtual panel interview. This step may not apply to all roles.
Our in-person panel interviews include assessing candidates skills, experience and fit for the role. Some roles include various types of testing or presentations.
We conduct thorough background checks including references, criminal, credit and other as it relates to the role.
Your new role will begin with an HR Orientation covering off the history of PortsToronto, introductions, polices and other relevant employee information. This is followed by a Safety Orientation and training to ensure your good health and safety at work.
